When the Northamptonshire Waste Network was launched in 2003 the partnership consisted of :
- Northamptonshire County Council
- The University of Northampton
- Business Link Northampton
- Shanks First Fund
- Scott Bader
The project was initially funded by Shanks through the Landfill Tax Credit System and Scott Bader also provided 10% match funding for the project.
The current partners in the network are:

- Business Link Northampton
If your organisation would like to become more involved in the Northamptonshire Waste Network we are happy for new partners to join. To be a partner rather than a member would require your organisation to commit resources and also play an active role in the further development of the network.
