Training

The HNC Wastes Management (Distance Learning) is for anyone who wishes to study wastes management.

This degree programme has been developed in association with the Waste Management Industry Training and Advisory Board (WAMITAB). The Foundation Degree is available to students working in the wastes or allied industries with HNC Wastes Management or equivalent.

This degree programme developed in association with the Cleaning Industry NTO and the British Institute of Cleaning Science presents an opportunity to gain a nationally recognised qualification specifically tailored for the Cleaning Industry.

The course has been developed in association with and accredited by the Chartered Institution of Wastes Management (CIWM). It is specifically aimed at someone who has completed a HNC in Wastes Management and wishes to study for a degree level qualification, for example a supervisor/manager of a waste collection/treatment or disposal facility or a local authority employee with wastes management, cleansing or environmental responsibilities.

This exciting new programme, is the first MBA in the United Kingdom specifically aimed at practising managers in the wastes and allied industries, providing the opportunity to work and study, at the same time, for an internationally recognised qualification.
